In order to preserve the natural structure and appearance of the walnut wood, no organic paints or varnishes have been used. A natural protective oil has been used to nourish the wood. The oils of the brands Remmers, Hemel or Rubio Monocoat were preferred depending on the use. To form a protective layer, the oil was allowed to rest for at least 10 days after application.
