By placing an order for products through this website, you accept the pre-information and distance sales agreement offered to you.
Buyers are subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Sales Regulations (RG:27.11.2014/29188) as well as other applicable laws in connection with the sale and delivery of the products they purchase.
The shipping costs for the delivery of the products are borne by the buyer.
Each purchased product is delivered to the address of a person and/or institution specified by the buyer within 30 days, unless the statutory period is exceeded. If the product is not delivered within this period, buyers may terminate the contract.
The purchased product must be delivered complete and in accordance with the characteristics specified in the order form and with any warranty documents and operating instructions, if applicable.
If it is found that the purchased product can no longer be sold, the seller must inform the buyer of this in writing within 3 days. The total amount must also be refunded to the buyer within 14 days.
If the Purchase Price for the Product Is Not Paid
If the buyer does not pay the purchase price for the product or cancels the bank records, the seller's obligation to deliver the product is terminated.
After the product has been delivered, it is determined that the credit card used by the buyer was used illegally by unauthorized persons, and the purchase price for the product sold is not paid to the seller by the relevant bank or financial institution, the buyer must return the product to the seller within 3 days, with the shipping costs being borne by the seller.
If unforeseen force majeure occurs and the product cannot be delivered on time, the buyer will be informed. The buyer can cancel the order, replace the product with a similar product, or delay the delivery until the obstacle is removed. If the buyer cancels the order, the purchase price will be paid in cash to him within 14 days of the cancellation. If the buyer has made the payment by credit card and cancels the order, the product price will be refunded to the buyer by the bank within 14 days of the cancellation, but it is possible that the bank will transfer the amount to the buyer's account within 2-3 weeks.
The buyer must inspect the product before delivery by a carrier and must not accept damaged or defective products, which are scratched, broken, or in damaged packaging, from the carrier. The product that is accepted as undamaged and intact is considered to be accepted. The buyer must carefully protect the product after delivery. If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the product must not be used. The product must be returned together with the invoice.
The buyer may withdraw from the contract without legal or criminal liability and without stating any reasons to the seller by notifying the seller through the following communication channels within 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which the product is delivered to him or the person/institution specified by him.
Witdraw
If the buyer acquires a service, this 14-day period begins from the date of the contract conclusion. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in service contracts in which the consumer has begun to perform the contract with the consent of the consumer before the expiry of the right of withdrawal.
The costs incurred by the exercise of the right of withdrawal are borne by the seller.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the buyer must send a written declaration to the seller by registered mail, fax or e-mail within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving the product and must not have used the product using the "Products for which the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised" specified in this Agreement.

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products that have been used, damaged, or whose packaging has been opened.
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products that are not suitable for return due to their nature.
